Date of the next interview for Russian citizens held in Moscow

Each applicant must submit the following:
his/her passport;
one photograph 5 cm by 5 cm;
filled out official visa application forms (DS-160) that may be obtained at a PONY EXPRESS office;
other documentation supporting your application;
payment of consular fees and PONY EXPRESS services.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
Please be informed that since the December, 1st, 2009, applicants applying for all nonimmigrant visas in USA Embassy in Moscow have to use the new online application form DS-160. The new application form DS-160 takes the place of the forms DS-156, DS-157, DS-158 using earlier.
To the attention of the applicants of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow!
Since March, 23rd the citizens, submitting applications for the non-immigration visa to the Consular department of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, have an opportunity to pay the cost of two- year non- immigration visa at PONY EXPRESS offices at compliance of following conditions:
1. Applicants are the citizens of the Russian Federation
2. Applicants, who got American visa after November, 10th, 2007, that has expired less than 12 months ago and they address for the same type of the visa (in this case it is necessary to put the passport with the previous visa to the application) if there is no the record « CLEARANCE RECEIVED » in the previous visa
3. Applicants for the working visas, without restrictions
4. Children till 14 years and applicants older 80 years if in the previous visa there is no record «CLEARANCE RECEIVED».
The cost of the visa - 100 US dollars. Payment is accepted in roubles at an internal rate of the U.S. Embassy (1 $ = 30 roubles).
Applicants from the Republic of Belarus, satisfying to the set of above – listed conditions (item 2, 3, 4) and submitting the original of the passport with the application for the visa, can also pay multiple year’s visa at PONY EXPRESS offices.
Upon submission of documentation, a PONY EXPRESS employee will inform you of the nearest interview or finger scanning date agreed with the Consular Section. In the event the Consular Section considers it necessary to change the date and/or practicability of the scheduled interview, notification of it will be forwarded to the applicant.
All documents issued by the American Embassy or Consulate will be delivered at the address provided by the applicant. Please check the data specified in waybills when placing your order.
In accordance with procedures adopted by American Embassy Moscow, stickers with applicants’ IDs (as well as additional documents for passport redelivery) are attached to all foreign passports. PONY EXPRESS earnestly requests you to remove protective covers from your foreign passports before submitting them to American Embassy Moscow, Consulates General St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, or Vladivostok.
