OAO FREIGHT LINK (PONY EXPRESS™) pursuant to agreements signed with American Embassy Moscow, Embassy of Canada in Moscow and Embassy of Republic of Latvia in Moscow provides a range of services in accepting visa documentation for processing.

Corporate clients are offered non-cash payment option for services and consular fees on the basis of a contract concluded with OAO FREIGHT LINK (PONY EXPRESS™).

Visa application documentation is accepted through a network of express service centers:
Please note that PONY EXPRESS will not be held liable before its clients, unless documentation has been submitted at the abovementioned offices.
Schedule of delivery
Schedule of documentation delivery for consular processing or schedule of delivery for documentation issued by Embassies:
- in cities/towns where Embassies or Consulates are located — the next business day;
- from other cities/towns — according to the Table.

Additional services
When submitting visa documentation, the following additional and auxiliary services may be provided to our clients at express service centers:
Express service centers also provide to our clients a standard range of services in regular intracity parcel deliveries, express deliveries in Russia or CIS countries, or international deliveries at a 5% discount.
- consignments of up to 5 kg are accepted;
- discounts are available only if services are paid in cash.
