Electronic railway tickets sales

The tickets can be issued not less than for 1 hour and not earlier than 45 days prior to departure.

The electronic form of the ticket can be exchanged for the original travel document of RJD:

• in specialized cash departments working with electronic tickets with a sign “@” at any railway station in Moscow (the registration is made out of turn);
• in any cash department of railway agency – by way of the general turn;
• on a registration post of the “UFS” company;
• having taken advantage of the special terminal of the “UFS” company at any railway station in Moscow.

Attention!

• to receive the original travel document of “RJD” and to board the train it is necessary to have the document proving the identity of the passenger;
• the cashier has the right to refuse in delivering the travel document if the document proving the identity of the passenger is absent;
• the printed copy of the electronic ticket is not the official document.
