We have developed, for our clients, an efficient program for the transportation, storage, terminal processing and collection of cargo and dispatches.
At present all the necessary resources are at the disposal of PONY EXPRESS to carry out the following:
- Acceptance of dispatches in PONY EXPRESS warehouses
- Careful handling of the clients goods, which includes:
- storage of goods in a secure, heated warehouse equipped with fire and security systems;
- complete material liability;
- acceptance and delivery of goods;
- registration of the required warehouse documents;
- sorting, packing, and preparing dispatches for delivery;
- shelf/palaestra storage of property;
- notification about the status of the warehouse and the readiness to send dispatch by telephone, fax or e-mail;
- preparation of necessary reports (our company offers monthly reports with detailed invoices for every dispatch).
- forming of the order (counting every single piece of the dispatch that is mentioned in the order and packed)
- free storage of goods if the order is processed within 7 calendar days
- provision of packaging material
- services are offered for additional packing which include:
- packing with the PONY EXPRESS company scotch tape;
- fastening of boxes with a control tape;
- sealing boxes with PONY EXPRESS company seals.
- packing of posters and rolls in tubes/barrels
- making required markings on the dispatch if necessary : ‘do not touch’, ‘fragile’ etc.
