Express Delivery in Russia and CIS countries
Express mail delivery for consignments not exceeding 20 kg.
Restrictions on weight, size, and value of consignments to the CIS countries (except Ukraine and Belarus):
- Maximum weight of consignments under single consignment note: 20 kg.
- Maximum size of a single consignment piece: 150 cm in one dimension or 270 cm for length plus largest circle diameter.
- Customs value of a single consignment under invoice (any CIS state other than Belarus or Kazakhstan): up to $100.
- Customs value of a single consignment under invoice for Belarus: up to $200.
- Customs value of a single consignment under invoice for Kazakhstan: up to 200 evro.
Restrictions on weight, size, and value of consignments to Ukraine:
- Maximum weight of consignments under single consignment note: 5 kg.
- Customs value of a single consignment under invoice: up to $50.
- When dispatching newspapers, customs value of 1 kg of cargo may not be below $2.5.
- When dispatching printed matter, customs value of 1 kg of cargo may not be below $4.5.
- To one recipient from one sender no more than one consignment note in one day.
Restrictions on weight, size, and value of consignments to Belarus:
- Max physical or dimensional weight under one and the same way bill: 20 kg.
- Availability of a consignment note, waybill or commercial invoice specifying the value and nature of cargo.
- No consignment shall be accepted for delivery to Minsk or any other city or town in Belarus on a carriage forward basis (payment by cash).
- The owner of any mail shall be responsible for customs clearance thereof within the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

Customs value is calculated according to the exchange rate established by the Russian Central Bank as of the day of dispatch.
