Special conditions for delivery of Category 2 and 3 consignments

Rates

VAT not included.

Consignments are delivered on the same day before 6:00 p.m.

A delivery shall be deemed late if not received by the customer on the day of its shipment through the fault of a PONY EXPRESS employee.

Only Category 1 or 2 consignments may be accepted, delivery of the Category 3 consignments is only possible as Economy.
Maximum weight of one piece: 5 kg.
Maximum overall weight of consignments per single customer: 10 kg.
Maximum number of consignments per single customer: 20.
Orders according to the order forms are accepted until 11.30.
Same-day delivery orders are accepted between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
On half-holidays orders are accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Rates are calculated as per weight of each consignment shipped to each delivery address.
In the event bulk weight exceeds actual weight, rates shall be calculated as per bulk weight (length x width x height / 6,000).
Express mail consignments may not be delivered to private addresses.
