This service is provided within administrative boundaries of the following cities: Almetyevsk, Almaty, Cheboksary, Chelyabinsk, Irkutsk, Izhevsk, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Kazan, Khabarovsk, Kemerovo, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Kurgan, Kyiv, Lipetsk, Magnitogorsk, Maykop, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novorossiysk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Rostov-na-Donu, Samara, Saratov, Sochi, Stavropol, Tikhoretsk, Tolyatti, Tula, Tyumen, Ufa, Vladivostok, Voronezh, Yaroslavl, Yekaterinburg, Yeysk, Yoshkar-Ola and Zlatoust.

Terms of delivery
Consignments are delivered on the same day before 6:00 p.m.
A delivery shall be deemed late if not received by the customer on the day of its shipment through the fault of a PONY EXPRESS employee.
Placing your order
- Only Category 1* consignments may be accepted.
- Maximum overall weight of consignments per single customer: 10 kg.
- Maximum number of consignments per single customer: 20.
- Same-day delivery orders are accepted between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
- On half-holidays orders are accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Rates are calculated as per weight of each consignment shipped to each delivery address.
- In the event bulk weight exceeds actual weight, rates shall be calculated as per bulk weight (length x width x height / 6,000).
- Express mail consignments may not be delivered to private addresses.
* For the Town of Sochi consignments of the 1st and the 2nd categories are accepted.
