Terms of payment
- All rates do not include VAT.
- In the event of excess weight or costs of consignment, rates and terms of delivery for the next category shall be applied.
Terms of delivery
- All terms are listed in business days, beginning on the day following the consignment pickup date.
- Consignments are delivered on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- In the event the consignments are to be delivered between December 25 and the last business day in December, terms of delivery for all categories may be extended.
Addresses of delivery
- Senders shall be fully responsible for provision of correct and sufficient addresses. In the event of wrong addresses, consignments may be redirected upon the sender’s request. Senders will be charged for redirection services at an extra rate equal to the costs of delivery.
- No deliveries to more than 5 private addresses may be accepted.
- Senders will be additionally charged in the amount of 50 roubles for each delivery to a private address.
- Any consignments to private addresses may only be accepted on the condition that the recipients’ telephone numbers and on-door speakerphone codes have been provided.
- Terms of delivery to private addresses may be extended.
Packaging. Packing requirements
- The following packaging is provided free: 23x23 cm paper envelopes and, upon the customer’s request, polyethylene packing bags and clean address stickers. These may be ordered 2 days before your scheduled shipping in the quantity corresponding to the number of your consignments.
- We also provide other packaging at extra charge.
- Please submit your consignments in a transportation-ready state, i.e. the contents are securely fixed in boxes/bags, stickers bear legibly printed or written addresses and are attached to the packaging cover.
Notice of delivery
Upon the customer’s request, following the delivery completion we may provide a statement listing all delivery addresses, date and time, name and position of recipients.
