The passport delivery address shall be subject to change only by the applicant, addressee specified in the invoice or payer (a person submitting the documents for a visa).
The form shall attach a photocopy of the front page of the civil passport of the person executing the application.
The delivery address change application may be sent on weekdays till 5.00 p.m.
