Non-cash payment for the services must be contracted. A contract number is your company’s client code in the PONY EXPRESS system, and the information is confidential.
For making a contract with the Central office of Pony Express in Moscow and representative offices in regions:

For making a contract with Pony Express branches it is necessary to contact with sales department of a corresponding branch.

For making a contract with a foreign non-resident company with orders for an amount not more than 100 000rub./ year:

Order form for the rendering of services
Is required for the dispatch of packages weighing over 300 kg or if there are additional conditions for the acceptance of the goods (e.g. if the goods are in a warehouse or with a third person). The means of transportation (air/land), dimensions and other details of transportation should be mentioned. The filled out form should be sent by fax or e-mail to the closest PONY EXPRESS office in Moscow, the regions.
