To be completed personally by the sender. How to fill out a consignment?

Invoices

Required for international dispatch, containing not only the documents. One copy of invoice is filled in in English, and one in Russian. Issued on the letterhead of the company - sender. For items in the country:

• for Ukraine — fill in 5 copies in Russian;
• for CIS countries — Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzia,Uzbekistan — fill in 5 copies in Russian;

Customs value of a departure for Ukraine on the invoice up to 100 € (legal persons) and up to 200 (physical persons) (on the exchange rate ruling on the date of dispatch).

Is made for international dispatch on the letterhead of the company – sender, containing not only the documents. To be filled in Russian in 1 copy.

3. A guarantee letter from the sender with a description and scope (Recommendations on how to fill)

4. If you make a dispatch from private person - a copy of the passport

5. Documents confirming the value of goods
