• maximum weight (actual or bulk) per consignment: 2 kg.

Express Mail Delivery

In Moscow

Placing of orders for immediate delivery (1 day): from 8:00 till 12:00 hrs, delivery before 18:00 hrs.

Restrictions:

• Maximum number of dispatches from one client – 20 (20 dispatches as part of one invoice or 20 invoices, each of which is headed to single a destination).
• Maximum weight of dispatches from one client – 10 kg (actual weight and dimensions are considered – height * width * length / 6000).
• Maximum weight per consignment: 5 kg.

In Moscow region

For ‘Moscow region 1’ tariff zone (50 km from the outer ring road - MKAD) orders are placed till 14.00 hrs, for the arrival of the courier before 18:00 hrs of the same day. In case the orders are placed after 14.00 hrs, the courier will arrive on the next working day. For ‘Moscow region 2’ tariff zone the courier will arrive only a day after the order has been placed.

Within Russia and the CIS

Restrictions:

• maximum weight (actual or bulk) of one dispatch - 20 kg;

Economy Mail Delivery

In Moscow

Placing of orders: from 8:00 till 16:00 hrs, delivery on the next day from 9:00 till 18:00 hrs. The duration of delivery for this type of service depends on the dispatch category and its quantity. Moscow-St.Petersburg

Placing of orders for immediate delivery (1 day) from 8:00 till 16:00 hrs, for the next working day, till 20:00 hrs. Delivery within 2-3 working days from 9:00 till 18:00 hrs.

Restrictions:

• Maximum weight of one dispatch- maximum of 20 kg (actual weight and dimensions are taken into consideration).

Freight Delivery

In Moscow, Russia and the CIS

• For dispatches weighing up to 100 kg orders for immediate delivery are placed from 8:00 till 16:00 hrs, for the next working day – from 16:00 till 20:00 hrs.
• For dispatches weighing between 100 and 300 kg orders for immediate delivery are placed from 8:00 till 14:00 hrs, for the next working day – from 14:00 till 20:00 hrs.
• For dispatching packages in weight from 300 kg up to 3000 kg orders are placed from 8:00 till 18:00 hrs, the forwarding agent will arrive one day after the order has been placed.
• For dispatching packages in weight from 3000 kg up to 5000 kg orders are placed from 8:00 till 16:00 hrs. For the orders accepted after 16.00, term of execution - 2 working days.
• For dispatching packages weighing over 5000 kg orders are placed from 8:00 till 16:00 hrs. For the orders accepted after 16.00, term of execution - 2 working days. The forwarding agent will arrive at the client’s warehouse on following after reception of the order the working day between 8:00 and 20:00 hrs. If the weight of a dispatch exceeds 80 kg, or its size exceeds 270 cm (sum of all three dimensions), the client will have to contact the Customer Service.

For dispatches weighing between 100 and 300 kg orders for immediate delivery are placed from 8:00 till 14:00 hrs, for the next working day - from 8:00 till 17:00 hrs. For dispatching packages weighing over 300 kg orders are placed from 8:00 till 17:00 hrs, the forwarding agent will arrive one day after the order has been placed. He will arrive at the client’s warehouse between 8:00 and 20:00 hrs. If the weight of a dispatch exceeds 80 kg, or its size exceeds 270 cm (sum of all three dimensions), the client will have to contact the Customer Service.

General rules and regulations for all types of deliveries

• arrival of courier – between 9:00 and 18:00 hrs;
• arrival of the courier at a fixed time is not possible;
• the courier will wait only for 10 minutes to receive the dispatch from the client;
• at the clients warehouse, the forwarding agent will not wait longer than 30 minutes for the loading of goods to begin;
• Invoices are filled by the client. Filling of invoices by the courier is strictly prohibited!
• the courier and the forwarding agent have the right to inspect the contents of the dispatch;
• the nature of packing should correspond to the nature of enclosure: regarding the presence of fragile items, sensors or other special conditions of transportation should be informed when the order is placed;
• services for sending dispatches to the CIS and other foreign countries have certain restrictions. To clarify the service conditions please contact the Customer Service by calling 937-77-77;
• when an order is placed for the transport of goods in Russia, it is necessary to inform PONY EXPRESS employees the nature of the package (as well as the packaging). This is necessary because there is a list of items which are prohibited for transport within Russia (you can acquaint yourself with this list by looking it up in the Courier Service Manual);
• ‘doorstep’ delivery is not carried out.
