- Animals or plants;
- Currency notes issued by the Russian Federation or any foreign currency (or any equivalent);
- Perishable;
- Any item which due to its nature or packaging may be Hazardous for postal workers or dirty or damage any other mail or equipment.

- Hazardous material (gas cylinders, solvents etc.);
- Non-ferrous metals or any derivative product;
- Precious and semi-precious stones or any derivative product;
- Ashes;

- Passport or any other ID; labour books or military cards.

- Phones, watches or any other mechanism.
